General Information

Residential Service:

Always remember to have your trash and recycling curbside by 6:00 am on your collection day. The drivers begin their routes at this time. Occasionally there could be road construction, bad weather and/or a driver or route change which could affect your normal collection time. Therefore, it is always best to have it out by 6:00 am.

Dittmer Recycling recognizes the major holidays (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). IF a holiday falls on your collection day we will adjust as indicated below.

Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday will be picked up the Saturday prior to the holiday.

Thursday and/or Friday will be picked up the Saturday after the holiday.

Easter

The Easter Holiday has no effect on trash and recycle collection days.

Christmas & New Years

Happy Holidays!!!

This year the Christmas and New Year holidays fall on Monday.

Residential accounts normally serviced on Monday December 25th and January 1st, should have their trash and recycling at curbside by 6:00 am Saturday December 23rd and December 30th.

All other customers will have service on their regularly scheduled days.

Thanksgiving

Regarding the Thanksgiving holiday.

Residential accounts normally serviced on Thursday November 23, 2023 should have their trash and recycling at curbside by 6:00 am Saturday November 25, 2023.

As always, please remember to have your trash and recycling curbside by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day.

All other customers will have service on their regularly scheduled days.
